About Us
Our primary aim is to provide the necessary tools to automotive service providers so that they may realize their potential. We want to provide the keys to your success and we offer a complete set of management tools that enables us to do so.
The Automotive Marketing and Management Group (The AMM Group) is owned and operated by Anthony McIver who has 25 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket in both parts distribution and automotive repair. As a counterperson for the legendary Baltimore parts jobber Standard Auto Parts, Anthony received his automotive indoctrination and was introduced to independent repair shops in the early 80's. He then spent sometime at the management retail level with Bridgestone/Firestone and was the manager in charge of the Kmart-to Penske Auto Center re-branding project for the Delmarva Region. From there he progressed into remote fleet management with PHH Leasing and fixed operations fleet management with the Hertz Corporation. Rounding out Anthony's resume are positions as the Operations Manager for Maryland's Vehicle Emissions program and the Mid-Atlantic Field Operations Manager for Meineke Car Care Centers Inc. The AMM Group was born out of Anthony's thorough understanding of and dedication to the needs of the independent repair shop owner.
Our experienced staff will personally train and coach you on the processes detailed on our Services page to maximize your repair facility's growth potential and income opportunities.
