Lindeire & Company, Certified Public Accountants is a minority-owned accounting firm headquartered in Silver Spring, Maryland. The firm offers a full scope of accounting, auditing and taxation services. The firm is certified as a Section 8(a) by the United States Small Business Administration and as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the Maryland Department of Transportation. The firm was established in 2002 as a result of a combination of two certified public accounting firms of David Heron, CPA and Lindeire & Company, CPAs. The key to the firm’s success is its commitment to excellent and quality service to its clients, no matter how small or large. Lindeire & Company, Certified Public Accountants has experience conducting financial audits in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and Government Auditing standards and compliance audits in accordance with the provisions of OMB Circular A-133. In addition, the firm has extensive experience in financial reporting and taxation. As a firm, we have been providing professional accounting and auditing services since inception.
